Michael Draper is a Real Estate agent and co-founder of Edmonton HQ.

Born and raised in Edmonton, Michael has an intimate knowledge of every community this city has to offer. He has witnessed extraordinary growth and change that has transformed Edmonton into a desired destination for people in all stages of life.

Michael and his wife Tracy live in Sherwood Park with their toddler Colton and dog Parker. He ventured into real estate in Edmonton after working for several years in the bustling hospitality industry of Victoria, BC. After returning to Edmonton, he pursued positions with manufactured homes and area homebuilders, but felt constrained by representing just one product. Becoming a Realtor, Michael was able to blend all the elements he enjoyed from the customer service industry and new homes sales: meeting new people, building long-term relationships and matching clients with the perfect home.

With a young family, Michael’s favourite things to do in Edmonton are spending time with friends and family and taking advantage of all the wonderful family friendly activities there are in Edmonton. Also an avid sports fan, Michael loves to attend an Oilers game when he can, but really enjoys watching the action from the comfort of his own home.

Boasting an unprecedented rate of repeat business and referrals, Michael has quickly established himself as a prominent figure in the Edmonton Real Estate community. While having been ranked in Edmonton’s elite Top 5% of all agents, as well as frequently receiving Brokerage Top 5 Agents honours.

Michael’s favourite neighbourhood in Edmonton is Capilano. Its neighbourhood design is beautiful, with many homes that are tiered down to the river. The area boasts mature trees, parks, and amenities which appeal to individuals and families. With plenty of greenspace and parks, Capilano is also very quickly accessible to downtown, the river and the Anthony Henday. As a mature neighbourhood, it is also going through renewal with several infill projects throughout.
